On April 14th, the sun was shining brightly, and it was a perfect spring day. The group meticulously organized a unique spring outing activity for all employees. The purpose of this activity was to take advantage of the warm spring sun and the revival of all things to promote communication and collaboration among employees and further enhance team cohesion.
On April 14th, with the bright sunshine and beautiful spring scenery, the group carefully arranged this special spring outing for all staff. This event aimed to make use of the pleasant spring environment to encourage interaction and teamwork among employees, thus strengthening the team’s unity.
During the fun caterpillar race, team members of each group rode on the “caterpillar” props and advanced with great effort. The shouts of slogans and the sounds of laughter intertwined and echoed. The Tower Building Together project tested the team’s tacit cooperation. Everyone pulled the ropes and carefully built the block tower. Every step embodied the collective wisdom. The Blindfolded Battle was even more full of fun. The participants waved foam sticks while blindfolded, starting a “battle” through groping and judgment. The atmosphere at the scene reached its climax.
After the fun activities, Mr. He Chunlin, the chairman of the group, held a wonderful training and sharing session for the employees. Mr. He affectionately recalled his entrepreneurial journey, talking about the hardships and gains along the way, making the employees deeply understand the difficulties of the company’s development.
