ToptenTech Employees Visit Pangdunlai for Corporate Culture and Management Insights

From November 29th to 30th, Sichuan Topten Tech Group organized all its employees to embark on an in – depth learning and exchange trip to Pangdunlai in Xuchang, Henan. The aim of this study tour was to gain valuable inspiration and practical approaches for building a happy enterprise for Sichuan Topten Tech Group by learning the unique corporate culture and management philosophy of Pangdunlai.

As a renowned domestic retail enterprise, Pangdunlai has not only won widespread market recognition for its outstanding service quality and advanced management model but is also hailed as a model of a “happy enterprise” for its profound understanding of employee care, the customer – first principle, and social responsibility. This study tour by Topten Group was an opportunity to explore in depth how Pangdunlai, while achieving business success, fosters a harmonious symbiotic relationship among the enterprise, its employees, and customers.

During the tour, the employees of Topten Group not only visited the community store and Times Square store of Pangdunlai but also personally experienced its meticulous service process. They also participated in a special sharing session delivered by Ms. Zhao Shuhong, the Chairperson of Henan Taihe Cultural and Tourism Group. The sharing covered Pangdunlai’s corporate culture and management concepts, traced back to the wisdom of Mr. Donglai, and was deeply rooted in the philosophical thinking of “respect for all things in the universe.” At its core is the principle of “being consistent and doing things that are difficult yet right,” as well as how to implement the core value of “people – orientation” in daily operations. Chairperson Zhao Shuhong emphasized that the true success of an enterprise is not merely reflected in financial indicators. More importantly, it lies in the ability to create a sense of happiness for employees, enabling each employee to find value in their work and thus achieve the common growth of both individuals and the enterprise.

This study tour enabled all employees to deeply appreciate the unique aspects of Pangdunlai’s corporate culture building, especially its emphasis on and practice of employee happiness. It provided valuable ideas and references for Topten’s future corporate culture building and the establishment of an employee care system. The employees all stated that they would apply the knowledge and insights they gained to their actual work and work together to build Sichuan ToptenTech G roup into a modern, competitive, and happiness – filled enterprise.
